SHIPPING POLICY
At NAVALORA, we pride ourselves on providing fast shipping on all orders. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped the next business day.
You can expect your package to arrive within 3-7 business days.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase from NAVALORA!
That said, we do accept returns as long as they meet the following criteria:
- We accept all unnworn item postmarked within 30 days of receiving the order
- Items must be in original packaging and in new and unworn condition with all tags still attached.
- Customer will be refunded to original payment and will be required to pay for shipping back to Navalora, and a prepaid label will be provided. Returns are processed once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed.
- Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. - Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. - SWIMWEAR: All swimwear must be tried on over undergarments. If there are any signs of wear (lotion, self-tanner, etc), the return will not be processed and the item will be returned to the customer.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Because our stock is constantly fluctuating, we don't offer exchanges. The best way to "exchange" is to create a return for the item that didn't work and then place a new order for the requested item. If you have any issues at all, please don't hesitate to send us an email: hello@navalora.com.
