We want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase from Navalora. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 30 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
Eligible Items: Items must be in original packaging and in new and unworn condition with all tags still attached.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately through the return portal (link above) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Swimwear: All swimwear must be tried on over undergarments. If there are any signs of wear (lotion, self-tanner, etc), the return will not be processed and the item will be returned to the customer.

Select the $2 Re:Do option at checkout for free unlimited returns for store credit on your order. If you need to return any item, you will be provided a free label via email or QR code.
Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label our provider with discounted shipping rates, saving you time and money!
